Meridian Quays

This £160m, 36 storey tower within the prestigious Meridian Quays phase of Knight Dragon's Greenwich Peninsula development will comprise c.450 homes and resident's amenity space, alongside a brand new riverside park. Roxton as Project Manager is leading the design team, including Squire & Partners and Quod to target a full planning consent by the end of 2026.

Old Street

RoxtonCRC is providing full Project Management & Employer's Agent roles from initial FRAEW survey, professional design team appointments and contractor selection, as well as securing CSS funding for the project. The scope of remedial works includes removal and replacement of combustible materials back to and including the sheathing board, installation of cavity barriers and replacement of the brick slip and render facades. Onsite works commenced in April 2026.

North Greenwich

This cladding remediation project comprises 4 occupied buildings, totalling 224 homes ranging from 6 to 24 storeys. The remedial scope includes the installation of cavity barriers, replacement of combustible insulation and recladding to all elevations. RoxtonCRC are providing Project Management and Employer’s Agent services through pre-contract and construction stages, with practical completion forecast for Q4 2026.

Andover

RoxtonCRC is providing PM/EA and QS services on behalf of Vistry Group for this 43-home facade project, involving removal of combustible materials, installation of cavity barriers and replacement of the aluminium rainscreen. Lawtech Group have been appointed as PCSA contractor in March 2026 to undertake further investigations and design, with remedial works due to commence in July 2026.


Paddington

This project involves extensive fire remediation works, both externally and internally to this Higher Risk Building (HRB). The facade comprises Category 3 ACM and is subject to a Remediation Order. RoxtonCRC is acting as PM/EA and QS, responsible for assembling the professional team, tendering the contractor and managing ongoing liaison with MHCLG and Westminster City Council. DMC Walling have been appointed as PCSA Contractor in March 2026.

Woking

RoxtonCRC is acting as Project Monitor on behalf of the freeholder and leaseholders, in relation to this cladding remediation project undertaken by Barratt Redrow and Midgard. The works relate to 8 blocks from 5 to 21 storeys, comprising replacement of the combustible EIFS Render with a non-combustible Envirowall system, installation of cavity barriers and replacement of combustible decking. Onsite works commenced in February 2026 with completion due June 2028.
