    Royal Arsenal Riverside

    Royal Arsenal Riverside is a 5,650 home redevelopment on 88 acres of Former Naval and Munitions facilities on the bank of the River Thames. The project commenced in 2000 and is due to complete in 2032. The Waterfront Front phase includes 6 private residential towers up to 22 storeys above basement and podium, designed by Simon Bowden Architects with unitised facades by Yuanda.
