His deep industry knowledge and strategic insight enable RoxtonCRC to effectively navigate the complexities of remediation projects.

Founder
Ben has wide ranging experience managing expert consultant teams to deliver residential and mixed-use developments at best-in-class public and privately owned developers, including 10 years as Director at The Berkeley Group, Crest Nicholson and Regal London.
Ben consistently ensures that projects not only meet but exceed client expectations.
ROB FARRANT
Commercial Consultant
Rob has over 20 years’ experience leading commercial teams in the delivery of complex residential and mixed-use developments across the UK. As Senior Commercial Lead at Berkeley Homes and other top-tier developers, he has steered high-value schemes from feasibility to handover. His expertise in cost planning, procurement strategy and financial governance has informed the strategic planning of cladding replacement schemes, both directly for clients and as a consultant.
GERARDO ESCOBAR
Project Manager
Gerardo holds a degree in Civil Engineering and brings several years of construction project management experience across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. He later earned an MBA from Imperial Business School, London.
Gerardo joined Roxton Group as a Project Manager at a pivotal stage in the company’s growth, strengthening our planning and delivery of complex construction projects.
