Charlie has extensive experience in leading large-scale, complex residential projects. As a former Partner at leading construction consultancy, Gardiner & Theobald, he has consistently delivered exceptional results for Developers and Housing Association clients.
His deep industry knowledge and strategic insight enable RoxtonCRC to effectively navigate the complexities of remediation projects.
BEN MARSH
Founder
Ben has wide ranging experience managing expert consultant teams to deliver residential and mixed-use developments at best-in-class public and privately owned developers, including 10 years as Director at The Berkeley Group, Crest Nicholson and Regal London.
Ben consistently ensures that projects not only meet but exceed client expectations.
GERARDO ESCOBAR
Project Manager
Gerardo holds a degree in Civil Engineering and brings several years of construction project management experience across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. He later earned an MBA from Imperial Business School, London.
Gerardo joined Roxton Group as a Project Manager at a pivotal stage in the company’s growth, strengthening our planning and delivery of complex construction projects.
