Tottenham Hale
The £250m redevelopment of Tottenham Hale comprises of 6 plots providing 1,000+ residential units including a 34 storey Build to Rent (BtR) tower with high quality public realm including new retail and leisure offerings at grade. The project included extensive enabling works packages, including utility diversions and infrastructure works.

Putney Plaza
This high-end residential mixed-use development on the Upper Richmond Road comprised the construction of 4 distinct buildings made up of 140 apartments, CAT A commercial offices and retail spaces set within a landscaped plaza above a communal basement. The triangular site is bounded on all sides by live TfL and Network Rail infrastructure assets,located on the Upper Richmond Road opposite East Putney station.

Meridian Quays
This £160m, 36 storey tower within the prestigious Meridian Quays phase of Knight Dragon's Greenwich Peninsula development will comprise c.450 homes and resident's amenity space, alongside a brand new riverside park. Roxton as Project Manager is leading the design team, including Squire & Partners and Quod to target a full planning consent by the end of 2026.
