Our PM, EA & QS services cover early-stage surveys and advice, to contractor appointment through to successful completion of remedial works.

Project Monitor

Working on behalf of Leaseholders under the Developer Remediation Contract.

Our services comprise a Monitoring & Reporting Role to review Developer and Contractor proposals in order to protect and represent the Leaseholder’s interests. Services cover initial investigations, through design to completion of remedial works.

Defects Surveys

We arrange and manage internal and external defects surveys, including Compartmentation Surveys.

Resultant remedial works are managed through to completion, including tendering and selecting appropriate contractors and securing statutory approvals, such as BSR Gateway 2.
